‘’ I have a passion for being of service to residents in the valley and beyond. I have years of experience in military and law enforcement which I utilise in bettering Pro-Sec’s Armed Response. Servant leadership in my mind is a great way to keep people motivated and able to learn. Succession is foremost in my opinion as growing people to be better and to learn self-pride and confidence is paramount. Mistakes are made, people need to learn and grow from them. My hobbies include fishing, cooking and volunteering as a civil servant for the City of Cape Town. Looking forward to being of service.”

‘’ Pro-sec has been my second home for over 20years, I’ve grown and experience so much since the company was established. I take pride in providing prompt efficient service in my division and have grown a strong relationship with most of our long loyal clientele ‘’they know Im a dial away’’. In my free time I love watching sport; exercising to keep me fit for the job and spending time with my family.”

"I am the person who over sees everything and everyone where day to day management is concerned. I deal with various employees with different emotions and personalities within the company on a daily basis. I pride myself on quality control and making sure that all internal mechanisms are functioning at 100%. I work closely with all employees ensuring that they are in a safe and comfortable work space where they can reach their maximum potential. In my spare time I read and do research about monarchy, politics and history. I am a vegetarian and an avid supporter of animal rights. My favourite saying is, “Quality means doing it right when no one is looking”.

‘’I had the opportunity to grow within Pro-sec everyday is a challenge but I try and grasp it with both hands. My division requires a lot of patience and commitment, therefore I see myself as a strong grounded individual. My hobbies are hiking, reading, movies and socializing with my peers.”

The spirit and atmosphere have been very family orientated this is where my passion for safety and security found its home. Out of working hours I spend time with my daughter going to the park and doing arts and crafts. I also love going to the beach to get balanced.”

“My profession requires me to work with a team of different people, believes and personalities. Direct client and suppliers liaison is the ultimate best part of my job as I get to experience and learn loads of different products and people’s personal opinions on what works suitably for their safety. I love spending time with my family, camping, taking long walks on the beach and cooking.”

“I’ve been part of the Pro-sec family for 12 years. The adrenalin rush in my position does it for me, checking that every penny is accountable for. My main reason for loving what I do is spending countless times with our elderly client’s the amount of advice and humanity they have thought me throughout the years is priceless. I spend my free time watching movies, sky diving, paint balling and hiking.”
