SEDA
The Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) is an agency of the Department of Small Business Development (DSBD) which provides non-financial support to small enterprises and cooperatives. Seda has by far the biggest network of offices in the country, with 53 branches including 46 co-location points. Amongst many other service offering, Seda Technology Programme (STP) – Incubation Programme incentive support Technology and market validation, process/ product development, small scale manufacturing, market entry and market development.
DTIC
The Department of Trade, Industry and Competition is the department of the South African government with responsibility for commercial and industrial policy. The Department's strategic objectives are to: facilitate transformation of the economy to promote industrial development, investment, competitiveness and employment creation; build mutually beneficial regional and global relations to advance South Africa's trade, industrial policy and economic development objectives; facilitate broad-based economic participation through targeted interventions to achieve more inclusive growth; create a fair regulatory environment that enables investment, trade and enterprise development in an equitable and socially responsible manner; and promote a professional, ethical, dynamic, competitive and customer-focused working environment that ensures effective and efficient service delivery.
Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality
Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality is a metropolitan municipality which governs Bloemfontein and surrounding towns in the Free State province of South Africa. Mangaung is a Sesotho name meaning "place of Cheetahs"

The Free State Development Corporation (FDC) is a specialist economic development agency formed to offer the Free State people and potential investors a wide selection of services. Softstart BTI
Softstart Business and Technology Incubator (Softstart BTI) is a government supported nonprofit company (NPC) based in Midrand, Gauteng which is aimed at stimulating, launching early-stage and growing technology innovation-based businesses. This hub provides world-class incubation interventions and knowledge services. The specialty of this hub is assisting SMMEs by providing them with an integrated package of work space, shared office, access to specialized equipment and value added services like management assistance, access to markets and finance.
